Are you ready for Christmas? Are you ready for 2025? In Australia it seems that everything comes at once - the end of the school year and work year, Christmas, New Year's Eve and the beginning of another year. We're looking forward to downing tools, having a festive drink and declaring all remaining work a '2025 problem' 😂
On that note, don't forget that we'll be taking a short break from 23-29 December to spend some quality time with those we love. Christmas post and tracking Christmas post can be challenging - we know! We recommend Express Post for all parcels this time of year, but unfortunately cannot guarantee that your parcel will arrive in time for Christmas, as postal timeframes are outside our control. If you're concerned about a parcel, we suggest that you look at the tracking information included in your shipping confirmation prior to emailing us (this might be hiding in your junk mail folder). We have access to the same tracking information as you.
